Impressive that she writes her own blog... my grandfather is 95 and still drives his bike in his town, goes driving it to the market to buy food, goes to the pub to read newspapers and see playing with cards and still has good sense of humour and you can talk with him about news, sports and whatever happens in the world. He's just getting a little deaf and you have to raise the voice to talk with him, but other than that he's quite well.
So remember... keep using your bike as it will keep your blood flowing to your brain and you will meet interesing people ;-P
