It seems my suspicion is far more probable than I thought. It was no problem until Cloanto started distribute OS4... |

Hey, there is absolutely no need for you to make up your own truths when all you have to do is read what is actually stated:
"As this fact was not mentioned in the official press releases, it only became known when the download edition of OS4 Classic was discussed on amiga-news.de"
The press release and all relevant online posts that are being duscussed above is there for you (or anyone really interested) to read. |

I'm just linking to another website's story here. I'm not the one to ask. Sorry.

Too much work to copy all that is currently transpiring to this catch-all thread, so I'll just post the link to the piles of additional info:
Amiga Inc. Loses U.S. Trademarks
Thread includes info on both U.S. and Euro trademark applications, oppositions, waiting periods, initial refusals, etc. for almost everything Amiga.

In order to keep other forum threads on topic, which frankly is helpful for those who would like to see all information on a given topic consolidated for the most part:
I humbly suggest users take advantage of a thread which already exists (this one) to continue discussion of who did what to whom and why.
