Three new court documents have been filed yesterday.
I'm off to read what they're all about...

@Dandy

You lazy *****

You forgot to link link

It was not an interesting read anyway, just more documents about how they
don't want to wash their dirty laundry in public.

@Dandy

Looks like it's an argument between the lawyers as to whether certain documents are "confidential" or "highly confidential." Nothing interesting; no progress.

Yes, you're right - thanks for providing the link!
(Although I think most of us bookmarked this site looooong ago)

@ Hans:
I think the most interesting part is the gap in the numbering between #119 (last document until yesterday) and the number of the first of the new documents #124.

This could open up room for speculations.
Wait, I'm getting me some popcorn...

Nope, nothing interesting, except for amino wanting to hide sensitive docs from the prying eyes of the public. Question, who runs amiga inc now?

Noooooo

The last thing we need is an overclocked Amino. Even if it does self-destruct afterwards.

Umm, the song goes- "MIC KEY M O U S E"
Anyway, Mickey Mouse is successful and doesn't need Amiga Inc.!

Two points of interest actually:

1. Ben was there representing Hyperion at the hearing.
2. Hyperion is bitching about AI classifying docs yet Hyperion has turned over zero docs to AI.

So maybe we will see a firm jury trial date set on Jan 5th?

If they don't have any more money to burn they won't.

I was looking at their website yesterday and there weren't any new news items since last year. Is their website just a front?

Assuming Amiga Inc's Corporation details are upto date..

Kouri is Chairman, McEwen is President,Grzymala is Secretary.

Also, Amino Development's details. Maybe it's out of date, but it shows them as 'active', but the expiry date has passed.

Nobody mentioned there were new docs up:

http://docs.justia.com/cases/federal/district-courts/washington/wawdce/2:2007cv00631/143245/127/

Interesting info including the fact that:
1) Hyperion is now representing himself (seems to be unable to afford a solicitor)
2) Hyperion has failed to provide any/most documents while demanding all Amiga documents
3) The court granted Amiga's motion to exempt some documents based on commercial confidentiality
4) Looks like Amiga remains cashed up based on the number of people on their legal team

Looks like this is going to court... but we don't seem to have a court date yet. Is early January too much to hope for?

Where do you get that idea from? Mr Kinsel is still mentioned as their lawyer.

It says that Ben Hermans was the only only council in recent mediation proceedings (page 5/8):

That was at the mediation though, so it doesn't mean that they have dropped Mr Kinsel from the case.
