Hi,

I have an odd issue that showed up with the latest AMIStore Update. It shows an update is available for the Radeon 2.10 drivers, even though that is the version I have installed. Downloading and re-installing the drivers does not stop the update from re-appearing.

Anyone else have this issue?

@Drewlio77

I'm not sure I have this issue, but I do have the issue of AMIStore not updating to 0.661 It says that the update is available, so I click DOWNLOAD AND UPGRADE NOW and then it just doesn't update. Restarting AMIStore and trying again didn't work.

So I think there's some issues with AMIStore in general, which also cause you to have an issue.

Edit: downloaded the update by downloading the installer from the AMIStore website and now it did upgrade. Will check if I have the Radeon update issue now.

Edit 2: nope, it says that Radeon 2.10 is up-to-date for me.

@Drewlio77

I have problem to update AMIStore client. Download halts and I can only cancel it. However, this may be based on my unusual configuration (WinUAE/OS4).

@pavlor

I don't think that it's an unusual configuration nowadays really.
Many uses it via emulation. I update yesterday via FS-UAE and I also tried with WinUAE (though I use PCI eth an not via 68k driver if that matters)

@pavlor

As you can see in my post, I had the problem as well. And I'm using an AmigaOne 500 with AOS 4.1 FE, no emulation at all. So it's not due to your configuration.

No problems here so far with AMIStore. Found the latest version and downloaded without any issues. AmigaOne X1000 here.

Hi

Please delete amistore.lha from the AMIStore/DATA directory before you download and update the program.

There is some sort of weird file lock issue that has appeared about the time that FE has come out so the new version, I have made sure it deletes all files before re-downloading them

@amigakit

I tried that but it still shows the Readon 2 driver has an update after I login. Actually there are two Readeon 2 drivers showing in my download list. One that has been downloaded the other reads Update.

@Drewlio77

Once you download the driver, the update alert should go away.

@Amigakit

I had too the endless update notification regarding AmiStore. As you mentioned, deleting Data/AmiStore.lha fixed this issue.

Nevertheless, by curiuosity, could you include a ChangeLog.txt in future updates ?

Thanks. That did the job on my Sam460ex!

One thing I wonder is.
In: "Show my purchases and downloads".
The first nine "purchases and downloads" are listed as "downloaded".
But the last one (at the bottom) is listed as "purchased" although it to, is downloaded and installed...

Uninstalling and reinstalling AmiStore did not help either, I still have two Radeon 2 entries of which one states there is an update. Installing the update has no affect. Amistore still says there is an upadate ready for download.

@Drewlio77

Did you try to delete everything from the Downloads directory and run AMIStore again?

I uninstalled the entire AmiStore directory including removing some AmiStore entries in ENV-Archive. After which I reinstalled the latest AmiStore program. Same issue. Once I login the Radeon Update appears.

Product name: RadeonHD 1 Driver
Purchase date: 2015-06-01
Latest Version: 1.7
Download date: 2015-06-01
Downloaded version: 1 (requires update)

Trying to update just creates an empty drawer.

Deleting everything in the downloads drawer doesn't help.

I haven't bought the driver.
